Network Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Develop, modernize, and sustain secure network capabilities for critical defense operations.• Design, architect, and implement complex network systems, ensuring interoperability and resilience.• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, applying expertise in Layer 2/3 technologies and routing protocols.• Contribute to engineering efforts including implementation planning, testing, and upgrades.• Support the evolution and deployment of new network capabilities and technologies.What You'll Need• 6+ years of experience in IP networking design and troubleshooting.• Proven experience architecting and designing complex network systems.• Hands-on experience with network hardware from a leading vendor, implementing and troubleshooting complex configurations.• Experience configuring and troubleshooting IPv6 or IPSec VPNs.• Knowledge of routing protocols such as MPLS, BGP, or Multicast.• A security clearance is required.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($77,600 - $176,000) plus bonus potential.• Comprehensive benefits package including health, life, disability, financial, and retirement programs.• Opportunities for professional development and tuition assistance.• A collaborative work environment with a focus on employee well-being and growth.Apply via Haystack today!
