In this role, you will provide consulting services to assigned markets or client accounts, ensuring projects align with strategic business objectives from initiation through completion.What You ll DoManage project controls and cost management across all phases: planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.Collaborate with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.Assess project scope and client needs to recommend budgets for pre-bid and pre-construction cost estimating/planning.Partner with project teams to source and oversee pre-bid and pre-construction services for budget and cost plan development.Define project delivery resources via pre-qualified lists or qualification processes; conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and recommend resources.Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely documentation.Provide guidance and direction to project delivery teams to achieve goals.Create action plans to meet objectives, budgets, and schedules; track progress and report variances.Align cost plans with project master schedules; manage cash flows and accruals.Identify project risks, develop mitigation/contingency plans, and implement actions to reduce risks.Apply advanced principles and techniques to deliver innovative solutions for complex assignments.Coach and mentor others, sharing in-depth knowledge across disciplines.Lead by example, modeling Client RISE values, building consensus, and influencing agreement.Impact customer, operational, project, or service activities within own and related teams.Work within broad guidelines and policies, explaining sensitive or complex information clearly.What You ll NeedBachelor s Degree preferred with 5 8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/experience).Preferred certifications: LEED AP, PMP, CCM .Experience creating estimates during pre-construction and ground-up construction projects.Experience managing change orders and financial cashflows in construction environments.Project experience with budgets over $250M preferred.Strong judgment and analytical skills, with ability to synthesize multiple information sources.Willingness to adopt new perspectives and solutions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).Strong organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.Sophisticated math skills (percentages, fractions, financial calculations).Interview Process2 3 in-person/virtual interviewsMetasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
