Location: St. Louis, MOType: ContractJob #46949Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Senior BI Engineer – Platform Admin.Do you have experience with Power BI administration?Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!What You Will Be DoingProviding proactive technical administration, planning, coordination, documentation, and management reporting for business intelligence platforms across the organization. The role includes supporting project activities, report design, system monitoring, tuning, and managing platform upgrades and security. You will coordinate and support application releases, troubleshoot performance issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize analytics solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform system tuning, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and system efficiencyManage BI platform security, user rights, and license administrationSupport production and non-production environments during upgrades, patches, and fixesCollaborate with database administrators, developers, and vendors to maintain system healthEngage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop analytics solutionsMentor less experienced team members and foster a collaborative environmentRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence administrationStrong technical expertise in Power BI and relational databases with SQL query writingProven Power BI admin experience and fabric use case knowledgeExcellent communication skills to interact effectively with users and communicate governance practicesDesired Skills & ExperienceExperience utilizing fabric agentic models and AI technologiesKnowledge of OBIEE/OAC platforms, report development, and tuningAbility to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment with in-office presence three days per week (Monday-Wednesday at Company HQ)Pay: $52.50 – $75.00 /hr.We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
