Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Behavior Interventionist

Serene Integrative Services is looking for compassionate, responsible individuals to work one on one with a individual’s in need of support services. The mentor will serve as a role model, advocate and motivator to individuals who are currently in treatment for mental health or co-occurring conditions. We are searching for a self motivated individual who enjoys helping other people in various aspects of life including but not limited to: Building confidence Building and sticking to a schedule Budgeting Life skills Keeping their home environment clean and organized Finding new hobbies or getting back into old hobbies Be alert and present throughout the entirety of your shift. Be a support for any client or staff who may need you. Provide a safe and caring environment for our clients. Remain flexible in meeting the scheduling needs of the individual client. Must always be HIPAA compliant As a member of our team, you will be working with children, adolescents', and adults who struggle to navigate through life. You will be there to help support them and build a foundation they can lean on in order to progress and live life to the fullest. Qualifications, Experience and Training High school diploma or college level coursework in social work, Education, Recreational Therapy, or other related area; Minimum 6 months experience in mental health, residential treatment, psychiatric care, or equivalent, required. Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work; Must be at least 21 years old; Possess valid state issued driver’s license; Ability to pass an Idaho Department of Health and Welfare background check and drug test Obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 60 days of hire and maintain certification throughout employment.
