Position Overview A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providesvirtual mental health servicesas an independent contractor (1099). The role is fully remote and offers flexibility in scheduling, caseload, and work hours. Location:100% remote (must hold active Florida LCSW license) Employment Type:Independent contractor (1099) Schedule:Flexible / set your own hours Pay:Commonly $60–$90 per session or hourly equivalentKey Responsibilities Most postings include some version of these: Provideteletherapy (video/phone)to individuals, couples, or families Conductassessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning Deliverevidence-based interventions(CBT, DBT, etc.) Maintainaccurate and timely clinical documentation Manage yourown caseload and scheduling Communicate with clients and (sometimes) interdisciplinary teams Providepsychoeducation and supportto clients/familiesRequirements Typical minimum qualifications: ActiveFlorida LCSW license (unrestricted) Ability to workindependently (no supervision provided) Experience withtelehealth platformsand remote documentation systems Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Reliable internet + private workspace Optional / preferred: Experience with specific populations (kids, trauma, executives, etc.) Multistate licensure (can increase referrals/pay)Work Setup & ExpectationsFully remote:Work from home Flexible caseload:Often 5–30 clients/week depending on availability Autonomy:You control schedule, but must maintain client engagement Platform-based work:Employer may provide EHR, scheduling, billing
