At this time we are only hiring individuals that already have their RBT credential.Compensation and Schedule:Pay Range: Starts at $20/hrJob Type: Full TimeSchedule: Monday-FridayLocation: Daycare or Clinic in 77401Kore Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)s...Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-clinic.Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Collect and document data on client progress.Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.Support clients in developing essential life skills through structured activities and positive reinforcement.Requirements: Must hold a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential at the time of hire. 1 year of work experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy preferred. 1+ years of experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or with other developmental disabilities preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred. Must be able to successfully pass a background check and obtain a valid Texas Fingerprinting Report prior to attending orientation. Valid Adult/Child CPR and First Aid certification required, or must be obtained before orientation. Must have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel locally.
