Focusing on innovation, superior service, and cutting-edge proprietary software solutions has given us a reputation that sets us apart, fuels our growth, and makes us an exciting team to grow with!As a PCB Repair Engineer, you will be troubleshooting, identifying and repairing issues in printed circuit boards and replacing board level components.PCB Repair Engineer Position DescriptionProficient in PCB soldering/de-soldering and surface mount components techniques.Identify and troubleshoot issues in printed circuit board.Proficient in replacing board level components. Demonstrate proficiency in using standard electrical test equipment and hand tools as well as basic computer skills.Following proper procedures for each different system and adhering to strict safety protocols.Possess good mechanical aptitude, willingness to follow specific instructions and learn quickly.PCB Repair Engineer ResponsibilitiesTest and repair PCB components and electro-mechanical components for multiple vendor PCBs.Testing to support component failure analysis, testing to verify proper operation of spare parts.Complete test verification documentation accurately and honestly.Establish and maintain productive working relationships with DC Group team members.Interface with inventory, technical, and operations team members to ensure smooth workflow and quick resolution to issues affecting production.Required QualificationsIndustrial electrical/electronic experience preferred.Minimum 1 year experience in PCB level soldering and surface mount components.Minimum 1 year experience with digital or analog electronic circuit testing desired.Minimum of 1 year of experience with lab tools and test equipment desired.OSHA and ongoing TrainingBackground checkPerform additional tasks and duties that may pertain to the warehouseEmployee Benefits IncludingCompetitive pay $24.00-$29.00/hour depending on experience7 paid holidaysPaid time off (PTO) Medical PlanDental PlanVision PlanPet InsuranceHealth Savings AccountCompany paid employee STD/LTD/Life/AD&DSupplemental plans (Critical Illness, Accident, Life/AD&D)401(k) plan with employer matchThis company does not discriminate in employment or the provision of service on the basis of race, color, religion or creed, gender, sex (including pregnancy), national origin or ancestry, ethnicity, citizenship status, genetic information, military or veteran status, age, physical or mental disability, or any other classification protected by applicable local, state, or federal laws.This policy applies to all aspects of employment, including, but not limited to, hiring, job assignment, compensation, promotion, benefits, training, discipline, and termination.
