Senior Project ManagerWork Area: Technology, software and systems integration Travel: < 30% Career Status: Professional Employment Type: Salary Full Time Work Location: Conshohocken, PA US Citizen Only - No Dual Citizenship Client is looking for an engaged seasoned professional in the role of Senior Project Manager who can make an immediate impact. The candidate must have strong organizational skills, be task/schedule oriented, proven project management successes, and ability to work successfully in a fast paced, complex work environment. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and polished professional capable of prioritizing work, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills, professional communication skills, flexibility and teamwork. Some job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead the project management of multiple fast paced programs to manage scope, schedule and budgetResponsible for implementing new product and project development policies and proceduresRun multiple project/product meetings weekly both with the internal team and external customers (taking notes, following up on action items, etc)Collaborate on a cross-functional team directly with software / hardware engineers and operational subject matter experts to ensure project successWork with the finance and contracting team to develop and maintain a budget, reports, and deliverables in line with contract requirementsCreate, develop, manage project/program scope and schedules to ensure milestones are met for the programsApply process and technical enablement knowledge to analyze and solve problems including design of technology solutions and integration of new technology and/or processUnderstand the internal ecosystem and identify opportunities for improvement with company policies, program execution, training, etcLead brainstorming sessions to gather requirements (both internal and external to the company)Qualifications:Required: Bachelor of Science in related field Preferred: Master's degree in related fieldExperience and Skills:Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience focusing on project management/operations experienceAt least five (5) years of experience leading technical teams and/or managing software and hardware developers preferredExtremely strong customer centric mindsetSolutions and client service-oriented, with an emphasis on creativity and relationshipsStrong process orientation, capable of creating new processes, or significantly redesigning existing processes to align with hanging business requirementsExperience running manufacturing of hardware product for on-time deliveryVery strong data analytics/insights. Ability to draw interferences and insights, highlight trends, and correlate causal factors with end outcomesComfortable with a high degree of ambiguityProven change management skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demandsAbility to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgencyExceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skillsDesired Skills:PMP CertificationExperience of dealing with a remote/contingent workforce, knowledge of MSP and IT staffing industryExperience with Jira/Confluence
