The campaign is seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly organized Campaign Manager to lead day-to-day operations and help build a winning statewide effort.Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis until the position is filled.Position OverviewThe Campaign Manager will oversee all aspects of the campaign’s day-to-day operations and serve as a key strategic and organizational leader. This is an in-person role based in Arkansas and requires regular travel throughout the state.The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem solver, and team leader who thrives in fast-paced political environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the overall day-to-day operations of the gubernatorial campaign Coordinate closely with the candidate, consultants, staff, and external stakeholders Assist with fundraising efforts, donor call time, and finance operations Oversee campaign staffing, scheduling, logistics, and field operations Staff Senator Love at campaign events and public appearances across Arkansas Coordinate and maintain the candidate’s calendar and travel schedule Ensure effective communication across all campaign departments and partners Represent the campaign with stakeholder groups, including DPA, Coordinated Campaign, and other allied organizations. Oversee coordination with volunteers for activities such as voter contact and phone banks.
