The market president is expected to live in Shawnee, Ok.Position SummaryThe Market President is responsible for leading and growing the bank's presence within an assigned market. This role drives business development, manages lending and operations teams, ensures strong credit quality, and serves as a visible leader within the local community.Key ResponsibilitiesLead market strategy, performance, and profitabilityDrive loan and deposit growth across commercialDevelop and manage a team of lenders and staffMaintain strong relationships with local businesses, professionals, and community leadersOversee credit quality, portfolio performance, and adherence to bank policiesRepresent the bank in community and civic organizationsPartner with executive leadership on market growth initiativesQualifications8-15+ years of banking experience with a focus on commercial lending (C&I, CRE)Proven success in business development and relationship managementPrior leadership or management experience in bankingStrong credit knowledge and understanding of risk managementEstablished ties to the local market preferredHow to Apply:For more information, contact Tanner Stark at 417.590.8249.
