About The OpportunityOur team has partnered with a SaaS company focused on improving transportation safety and efficiency to identify a "Senior Full Stack Software Engineer" to join their team. This is a key role for someone with expertise in TypeScript and a strong background in Node.JS, Bun, or Deno, as well as experience with distributed systems and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).Senior Full Stack Software EngineerWe have openings for both backend leaning and frontend leaning full stack engineer on both Node.js and .NET/C#. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, enjoys mentoring other engineers, and contributes meaningfully to technical strategy and architectural direction while valuing clean, well‐structured code and architecture. This is a high‐impact opportunity to shape systems end‐to‐end while influencing engineering best practices across the organization.Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 (depending on experience) + 10% bonus + full benefits (medical/dental/vision/401k match + more)Location: 100% Remote (PST/MST timezone)ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable backend services using TypeScript with modern runtimes such as Node.js, Bun, or Deno, ensuring strong performance, maintainability, and reliability.Build and maintain RESTful APIs with best practices around authentication, versioning, pagination, and service performance optimization.Implement automated testing practices using modern JavaScript testing frameworks to ensure reliability and maintainability of backend systems.Deploy and operate services in cloud environments such as Azure or AWS using containerized infrastructure including Docker and Kubernetes.Develop responsive and maintainable user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern styling frameworks such as TailwindCSS.Collaborate with other engineering teams to support modular frontend architectures including micro‐front‐end applications and module federation.Partner with product and design teams to deliver intuitive, high‐performance user experiences across web platforms.Contribute to system architecture discussions and long‐term technical direction while balancing performance, scalability, and maintainability.Drive improvements in system reliability, monitoring, and observability through logging, metrics, and distributed tracing tools.Provide mentorship to junior and mid‐level engineers while encouraging strong engineering practices through collaboration and code reviews.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent7+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant full stack development responsibilitiesExpert‐level proficiency with TypeScript across both frontend and backend environmentsStrong experience building backend services using modern JavaScript runtimes such as Node.js, Bun, or DenoHands‐on experience developing modern web applications using React with TypeScript and modern styling frameworks such as TailwindCSSExperience implementing frontend state management solutions such as MobX or similar state management librariesStrong experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or SQL Server and designing efficient data modelsExperience implementing automated testing practices for backend systemsExperience deploying and operating applications in cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS using containerized servicesFamiliarity with observability practices including application metrics, logging frameworks, and distributed tracingDemonstrated experience mentoring engineers and contributing to engineering best practices across teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience to .NET/C# environmentsExposure to non‐relational databases such as ElasticSearch, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Cosmos DB is a plusExperience with distributed systems, event‐driven architectures, serverless services, messaging systems (such as Kafka or RabbitMQ), or modern CI/CD pipelines is preferredFamiliarity with micro-front‐end architectures, module federation, or component libraries such as Storybook is advantageousBenefits & Selling PointsComprehensive benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match + many more amazing benefits)Contribute to a highly mission‐driven, non‐profit organization focused on transportation safety and efficiencyWork with cutting edge technology with technical freedom to explore and expand on existing skillsStable, high‐growth company with plenty of room to make an impact and progress your careerAbout SayvaSayva Solutions is an accounting, finance, technology, business transformation and human resources professional services firm whose focus is on long term relationships created through teamwork and doing what is in the best interest of others.
