Large Format Graphics Installer

We're looking for a skilled, detail-obsessed lead installer who takes pride in a clean edge, a perfect seam, and a client who can't stop smiling at the finished result.This is a career-level role with room to grow, not a revolving door. You'll work alongside a tight-knit creative and production team, represent us directly on client sites across the Atlanta metro, and have a real say in how we continue to raise the bar on quality.What You'll DoConduct site surveys to verify measurements and flag any surface conditions before materials arriveInstall graphics on flat interior and exterior surfaces: walls, windows, floors, ceilings, and moreExecute commercial vehicle wraps (partial and full) with precision cutting, heat application, and proper adherence techniques -- no color changesServe as the professional, client-facing point of contact on every job site, communicating clearly about timelines, process, and outcomesDocument completed work with photos and provide thorough job closeoutsSupport production (taping, weeding, masking, and order fulfillment) when not in the fieldWhat We're Looking For2+ years of hands-on experience installing large format graphics: wall murals, window film, ADA signage, vehicle lettering, vehicle wraps, vinyl graphics (3M, Avery)Proficiency in vinyl production: taping, weeding, and maskingA problem-solver who owns the job from setup to final photo and doesn't need to be told twiceProfessional presence and strong communication skills -- you'll represent SpeedPro directly with clients on siteAbility to lift 30 lbs and handle the physical demands of both indoor and outdoor installation workWhy SpeedPro Greater AtlantaThis is a stable, full-time role where you'll be trusted to do your job well and given the autonomy to do it right. Our work ranges from fleet wraps and floor graphics to large-scale murals and wayfinding systems, so no two jobs are the same.
