Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree, plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment. Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.
