We are seeking an experienced and visionary Counseling & EAP Program Manager to lead and grow our Counseling and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services. This is a unique opportunity for a licensed clinician who thrives in leadership, program development, and community partnership—while still staying connected to clinical work.Role DescriptionThe Manager - Counseling & EAP (Employee Assistance Program) will oversee the planning, implementation, and operation of counseling and EAP services. Responsibilities include supervising a team of counselors and administrative staff, ensuring service excellence, managing program budgets, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. The manager will also foster partnerships with local businesses to provide support and resources for employee well-being. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Eugene, OR.QualificationsProven leadership and management skills, including team supervision and program operations oversightStrong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with employees, clients, and external partnersExperience managing budgets and ensuring regulatory complianceBackground in counseling, EAP services, or behavioral health preferred; licensure in a related field is a plusFamiliarity with workplace wellness and employee support programsAbility to work effectively on-site and collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersA master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field preferred
