Construction Superintendent Job Category: Full time/ Direct Hire Compensation: $105,000 - $125,000 Base + Benefits, Allowances and Support! BBSI has partnered with a well-established, full-service architectural, civil, and structural concrete firm dedicated to delivering high-quality work to the public. Our projects span commercial, public works, and residential construction, ranging from complex repairs to ground-up builds. Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Manage daily on-site construction activities from start to completion Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal teams Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies Review plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure accurate execution Maintain project schedules, track progress, and address issues proactively Ensure quality control and compliance with applicable codes and regulations Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients Document daily activities, inspections, and progress reports Qualifications 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial, public works, and residential construction Strong background in concrete construction Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and schedules Proficiency with OSHA standards, Construction management software, ProCore or Bluebeam, and other relevant tools.
