SaluteRole: VP of HR Operations & Shared ServicesLocation: Hybrid, with strong preference for Chicago or Milwaukee-area based candidatesThe Vice President of HR Operations & Shared Services serves as the operational deputy to the EVP of Human Resources and leads the infrastructure, processes, and service delivery model that enable scale, compliance and operational excellence across the global HR function. This role oversees HR Operations, including HRIS, employee data governance, benefits administration, HR compliance, and the development of a centralized HR shared services capability.
