Senior Python AI/ML Developer

Lead Software EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Senior Python Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality software systems. This role requires strong expertise in Python, system design, and modern backend technologies. The ideal candidate will take ownership of complex features, mentor other engineers, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and performant solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications and servicesLead technical design and architecture discussions for complex systemsWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practicesConduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineersCollaborate with product, DevOps, QA, and architecture teamsOptimize performance, scalability, and reliability of applicationsTroubleshoot and resolve complex production issuesBuild and enhance automated testing frameworksSupport CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps workflowsEnsure compliance with security, data, and quality standardsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience8+ years of professional software development experienceStrong proficiency in Python and object-oriented programmingExperience with at least one major Python web framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)Strong understanding of RESTful API design and developmentExperience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and SQLFamiliarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis)Solid knowledge of asynchronous processing and multithreading/multiprocessing conceptsExperience with Git and modern version control workflows
