More than just a job, this opportunity with Monarch will give you room to spread your wings and grow because we believe in promoting from within and developing future leaders.Job Highlights:Starting Pay: from $37.00/hourThis Opportunity:The primary purpose of this role is to support the Program Director in providing oversight of clinical operations at the Behavioral Health Urgent Care.What You'll Do:Ensure that customers get the ultimate customer experience from all BHUC staff, whether in the waiting room, on the phone or in a treatment experience.Serves as the tactical point person as it relates to the care of the people we support when the Program Director is not present on siteAssist the Program Director in monitoring customer wait times, customer satisfaction, and providing support and assistance to team members to ensure program efficiency and effectivenessComplete triage assessment of individuals that present to the Behavioral Health Urgent Care for servicesComplete nursing assessments for individuals seeking services at the Behavioral Health Urgent CareCommunicate with Program Director any operational/educational needs of the programComplete incident reports for any situations that may happen during the shifts workedMaintain trainings as required and requestedDemonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in crisis situationsDemonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and proceduresComplete all other relevant responsibilities assigned by the supervisorDriving and travel may be requiredEducation We're Looking For:Associates: Nursing (Required)Certifications We're Looking For:Registered Nurse (RN) - State Board of NursingExperience We're Looking For:Experience in a crisis management setting or service during which the individual provided crisis response | 3 Years | RequiredExperience with children/youth/adolescents in a Crisis setting | 1 Year | RequiredSupervisory Experience | 1 Year | Not RequiredSchedule:Friday (12pm-8pm), Saturday (8am-5pm), and Sunday (8am-5pm)Target Weekly Hours:24Monarch is an Equal Opportunity EmployerMonarch offers opportunities as diverse as the people we support and the communities we serve.
