Technology Designer

Job Title: Technology DesignerJob DescriptionWe are a growing and leading engineering firm actively seeking a Telecom Designer for upcoming commercial, government, and educational projects in Seattle. As a Telecom Designer, you will interact with clients and other disciplines, utilize Autocad or Revit, and plan and design various integrated systems in the technology sector. This includes outside plant cabling, structured cabling, wireless networks, access control, surveillance, and intrusion systems. You will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships, coordinating with project managers, and preparing Division 27 and 28 technical specifications.Hard Skills3+ years experience in commercial, government, and educational projectsProficiency in Autocad or RevitExperience in planning and designing various integrated systemsExperience in preparing Division 27 and 28 technical specificationsSoft SkillsAbility to interact with clients and other disciplinesAbility to maintain client relationshipsCoordination with project managersJob TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Edmonds, Washington and some days remote.Work EnvironmentThe job will initially involve 2+ days in the office with 3+ remote days.
