Certified Nursing Assistant - Hospice

Suncrest Hospice - - Responsibilities: Provide resident care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments, care plans and as directed by nursing management; Coordinate the proper types of care with other licensed care staff; Follow all Company nursing policies and procedures as well as safety guidelines; Collaborate daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and STNA leadership; Work under the direction of Case Manager/DON
