A continued emphasis on the development of a representative workforce is one of Sask Polytech’s strategic priorities and, as an organization, we are making significant efforts to attract and retain Indigenous employees.Job DutiesJob Duties/Qualifications, Skills and Abilities(QSA)Job DutiesSimulation Operations and ProductionLead complex, multi-site simulation initiatives to support simulation operations.Oversee simulation workflow optimization and process mapping to improve operational efficiency.Develop, implement, and evaluate standardized best practices across simulation centers.Identify training needs and support onboarding, upskilling, and mentoring of simulation staff.Collaborate with Simulation Centre staff and faulty to provide health education and simulation to Saskatchewan Polytechnic Students.
