Production / Feed / Grain Operator – Multiple Openings $18–$20/hr + DOE - Day shifts available A well-established agronomy and feed manufacturing facility is hiring Grain Handlers, Feed Operators, and Mixers to support daily grain handling and feed manufacturing operations. These are hands-on positions ideal for individuals seeking steady work, competitive pay, and opportunities for long-term employment. Grain Handler Responsibilities: Load and unload inbound and outbound grain trucks. Ensure all loads are handled safely and accurately. Move and stage grain throughout the facility. Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards. Assist with inventory counts and documentation. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Feed Operator Responsibilities: Operate feed manufacturing, batching, pellet, and roller mill equipment. Receive and verify quality of ingredients and materials. Weigh, mix, and process feed according to formulas. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Record and document production data during shift. Perform other duties as assigned. Mixer Responsibilities: Mix premixes and batches according to mixing schedules. Ensure scales and liquid meters are functioning properly. Follow formula cards accurately to maintain quality standards. Inspect ingredients and finished batches for consistency and contamination. Maintain accurate production records. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Manufacturing, production, grain, or feed experience preferred (but not required). Ability to follow written instructions and formulas. Ability to lift 50–75 lbs depending on role. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in dusty environments. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Basic computer skills required for some positions.
