Wire Cutter Operator and Label PrinterWe are seeking a customer-oriented and organized individual to join our production team in the Label, Wire and Kit area. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating wire cutting machinery and label printing equipment and label cables for electrical assemblies. This position requires attention to detail, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.Key Responsibilities:Operate wire cutting machinery to cut and strip electrical wires to specified lengths and configurationsManually cut and strip wire to specified lengths and configurationsSet up and operate label printing equipment to produce labels for electrical assembliesInspect and verify the quality of cut wires and printed labels to ensure accuracy and conformance to specificationsPackage and prepare cut wires and labels for assembly and shipmentMaintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 6S standardsFollow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environmentCollaborate with production team members to meet production deadlines and achieve quality goalsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent requiredBasic mechanical aptitude and ability to understand and operate simple machineryAttention to detail and ability to follow instructionsAbility to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlinesBasic computer skills and ability to operate label printing softwarePhysical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move around the production areaAbility to work in a team environment and follow established safety protocolsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, including understanding of electrical schematics and wiring diagramsPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with wire cutting and label printing equipmentBasic knowledge of electrical assemblies and wiring configurationsCertification in a related field, such as IPC
