Workplace Operations Manager

Job Description: Office ManagerThe Workplace Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Straticon’s headquarters. This role owns the front office, ensures the facility runs efficiently, and maintains a professional, organized, and fully functional work environment at all times. This is a hands-on role that requires constant awareness of office needs, strong vendor coordination, and proactive problem-solving.Responsibilities:• Own the overall condition and operation of the office, including interior and exterior spaces.• Direct and manage cleaning staff, maintenance personnel, and vendors to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.• Conduct daily walk throughs to identify and resolve cleanliness, maintenance, or operational issues in real time.• Maintain full inventory and continuous availability of office supplies, kitchen items, snacks, coffee, and restroom products.• Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, vendors, and deliveries; control front-of-house presentation at all times.• Coordinate and oversee all facility maintenance, repairs, inspections, and recurring services.• Manage conference rooms and shared spaces to ensure availability, organization, and readiness.• Enforce office standards, including cleanliness, organization, and general workplace functionality.• Oversee basic security protocols, visitor access, and general control of the facility.• Act as the internal point of contact for all office-related needs across departments and resolve issues without escalation.• Strong organizational control and ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.• High attention to detail; notices what others miss.• All other duties as assigned.Qualifications:• 3–5 years of experience in office management, facilities coordination, or similar role.• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).• Ability to operate independently and maintain a high standard of execution.
