Senior ITSM Engineer
Leading the administration and optimization of IT Service Management platforms, the full-time remote Senior ITSM Engineer will provide architectural guidance, design workflows, and ensure compliance with ITIL standards while collaborating with IT leadership and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the technical authority for Cherwell/Ivanti Neurons, providing architectural guidance and long-term strategy
Design and implement scalable ITSM solutions and workflows aligned with organizational standards and ITIL principles
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support and training to end-users
Required qualifications
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise ITSM platforms, including 3 years as a Cherwell Engineer
Strong understanding of ITSM principles and ITIL framework
Proficiency in Cherwell Service Management configuration and customization
Familiarity with integrations using REST APIs and third-party tools
Cherwell Certified Professional (CCP) certification preferred
