Inside Sales Coordinator
We're looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by turning customer needs into accurate proposals and ensuring every detail is aligned for execution. This role works closely with sales, customers, and operations to keep projects moving efficiently and get it right the first time.What You'll DoTechnical Sales Support: Timely translation of customer requirements into accurate proposals, making sure designs truly meet customer needsCustomer Communication: Engage with customers via phone, email, and video conferencing to gather technical details, answer product questions, and provide guidance. Review installation bills of material and system designs to ensure completeness, accuracy, and feasibility for customersProduct Knowledge: Stay current on product lines, system capabilities, and industry trends to provide expert advice during the sales processCollaboration: Work closely with outside sales, and operations teams to validate concepts before quotes are finalizedQuality Assurance: Serve as a second set of eyes on estimates and proposals, ensuring customers aren't overlooking critical elementsSelf-Starter Execution: Operate independently, prioritize effectively, and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen solutions and customer relationshipsWhat You'll BringProven experience in an inside sales or sales support roleStrong technical aptitude and comfort reviewing drawings, bills of material, and system designs/drawingsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to represent the company professionally to customersProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems and CAD experienceHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities without needing close supervisionA collaborative, problem-solving mindset—focused on getting it right rather than just getting it doneJ-18808-Ljbffr
