District Clerk

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff - Coordinate meetings and conferences, including preparing agendas and taking minutes - Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Perform data entry, file management, and document preparation tasks - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence - Provide general support to visitors and clients - Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned Qualifications: - Some experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role - Proficient in using office software - Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information - Strong computer literacy, including typing skills and proficiency in MS Office - Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Experience in front desk operations or customer support is a plus If you are a motivated individual with administrative skills, we would love to hear from you.
