Assistant Property Manager

Job Description Real Estate Management and Development firm seeks an energetic, dynamic team player to contribute to the success of this residential development.Candidates should possess:Great Customer Service instincts and abilitiesExcellent communication skillsPrior experience in a leasing (preferred) or sales rolePrior experience or knowledge of Section 8 housing preferredAbility to maintain a friendly and helpful disposition, composure and focus in an extremely busy officeWillingness to learnResponsibilities:All aspects of the leasing process, including:Updating listings and advertisementsFollowing up on leads and creating new onesShowing space and pursuing new leasesReviewing applicationsExecuting lease paperwork, including new leases and renewalsConducting and processing Section 8 recertificationsAssisting the Property Manager in day-to-day management, including:Collecting rentCommunicating with tenants regarding a variety of requestsInteracting with other staff and vendors Company DescriptionPrairie Management & Development, Inc.
