Ray & Rural Compensation: DOE + gratuity Tea Snow & Coffee is a unique beverage and dessert boutique famous for its BOBA, coffee, teas, smoothies, & our custom exotic drinks. We are seeking reliable, prompt, attention to detail individuals who would like to provide excellent customer service & handcraft our custom beverages. Individuals will be taking/selling customers orders, make beverages/desserts, cut fresh fruit, fill toppings, & clean. Familiar with using commercial blenders & espresso machines are desired. Must be self motivated, have good listening & excellent customer service skills Experienced in F & B industry is preferred. Food handler card is required. Experienced with point of sale registers, on-line delivery platforms, & taking phone orders Must be outgoing, flexible, with friendly appearance & want to work in a fast pace environment with like kind individuals. We will train the right individuals. Compensation is min $14.35/hr + gratuity. Staff members make $18 - $20 hour on average. Available shifts are 9- 3:30pm or 3:30pm - 9. Reporting to the café manager, your core skills in POS operation, food safety, and barista experience will enable you to efficiently process orders and ensure a clean workspace. Your premium skills in time management and sales will enhance customer interactions and promote our menu offerings. With a focus on food preparation and handling, you will contribute to a vibrant café atmosphere, making each visit memorable for our guests.
