Job DescriptionTheraEX Staffing Services is seeking a travel Certified Surgical Technologist for a travel job in Watertown, New York.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Certified Surgical TechnologistDiscipline: Allied Health ProfessionalStart Date: ASAPDuration: 13 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 8 hours, daysEmployment Type: TravelCertified Surgical Technologist with current NBSTSA or NCCT certification required for 13-week, 8-hour day shift assignment at Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown, NY; BLS required along with an approved pharmacology course or prior medication experience and successful completion of a medication exam; candidate must have knowledge of cleaning, sterilization, and disinfection of OR equipment and instruments and must be comfortable functioning under RN supervision while performing scrub tech duties, maintaining a sterile field, and assisting surgeons during procedures; weekend, call, and holiday shifts required with a 30-minute call response time; may be asked to precept new staff; guaranteed 40 hours weekly with daily OT after 24 hours and weekly OT after 48 hours; PAY IS NEGOTIABLE.TheraEX Staffing Services Job ID #AN-0663.
