Project Superintendent

Temporary Project Superintendent – Restaurant Interior Build-Out We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent for a temporary assignment overseeing the interior build-out of a restaurant space. The ideal candidate must be able to read and interpret construction drawings, understand interior construction means and methods, and effectively coordinate field operations. Key Responsibilities: Review and understand architectural and MEP plans Oversee daily jobsite operations and subcontractor coordination Communicate directly with the Project Manager and General Contractor Maintain project schedule and ensure quality control Open and close the jobsite daily Enforce jobsite safety and maintain a clean, organized work environment Assist with light manual labor as needed, alongside a laborer The right candidate is hands-on, organized, safety-conscious, and experienced in managing interior commercial projects—preferably restaurant or hospitality spaces.
