Manufacturing Engineer

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality. Key responsibilities include analyzing production workflows, troubleshooting manufacturing challenges, working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves continuous improvement initiatives and fostering efficient collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.QualificationsExperience in manufacturing processes, production analysis, and workflow optimizationProficiency in CAD software, SolidWorks, or other design toolsKnowledge of quality standards, lean manufacturing principles, and Six Sigma methodologiesStrong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information effectivelyExperience in supplier collaboration and supply chain processes is a plusBachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
