Role Description The Training and Safety Specialist is a full-time on-site position based in Phoenix, AZ. The individual will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Key duties include creating and implementing instructional training materials, conducting staff training sessions, ensuring employee adherence to safety standards, and addressing customer service concerns by providing quality solutions in a timely manner. Qualifications Strong Training, Training & Development, and Instructional Design skills to create and implement engaging and effective learning materials.Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively address employee needs and provide resolutions for safety and service challenges.Experience in monitoring adherence to safety protocols and ensuring compliance with industry and organizational safety regulations.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating problem-solving and leadership capabilities.Relevant certifications or a degree in Occupational Safety, Training & Development, Education, or a related field is a plus.
