As a department head, you will oversee all aspects of front desk, guest services, bell/valet operations, and night audit, ensuring that every interaction reflects the sophistication and warmth of HOTEL DU PONT.What You’ll DoLead daily Front Office operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth coordination across all shiftsManage, train, and develop the front office leadership team and line-level associates, fostering a culture of hospitality and accountabilityCollaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, and Food & Beverage to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless service deliveryOversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and payroll for the Front Office departmentMonitor guest feedback, service scores, and online reviews, taking proactive measures to maintain excellenceEnsure compliance with safety, brand, and operational standards, including cash handling and audit proceduresServe as Manager on Duty, representing hotel leadership and responding to guest concerns with professionalism and careContribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with hotel goals and PM Hotel Group standardsWho You AreAn accomplished hospitality professional with 3–5 years of front office management experience in a luxury or full-service hotel environmentA confident leader who inspires and develops teams through mentorship, communication, and exampleDetail-oriented and analytical, with strong financial acumen and experience managing departmental budgetsProficient in hotel management systems (Opera PMS preferred) and familiar with revenue and forecasting principlesAdaptable and composed under pressure, with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiencesFlexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as business demandsWhy You’re HereYou understand that the Front Office is the heartbeat of the hotel—and that every guest interaction shapes our reputation.
