The candidate will also be accountable for communicating strategy & delivery plan with clients, ensuring full alignment across client & internal team, and mitigating potential risks & escalationsJob ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with teams of business stakeholders and lead the design and execution of roadmap to drive business outcomes6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise reporting4 years of experience using PowerBIAbility to mentor PowerBI ConsultantsManage large scale BI initiativesStrong expertise in Data Modeling conceptsAbility to convert various business problems into tech solutions and vice versaGather reporting requirements from various stakeholders, architect the solution/report, understand/analyze the source data and deliver the reports in timely mannerRecommending changes to existing business intelligence processes or policies to improve efficiencyStrong design concepts, wireframing and ability to come up with various KPI’s based on the dataSkills RequiredBachelor’s degree6 to 10 years of total experienceConsulting background and Pharma experience is must haveEducation / QualificationBachelors degree required (preferably in a quantitative field).Masters in Business Analytics, Data Sciences, or equivalent is preferred.Consulting background is a plus.Years of Experience7 to 11 years of experience managing BI projects.Note: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.Being a MathemagicianEmbody MathCo’s culture and way of working.Demonstrate ownership and strive for excellence in delivering results.Actively engage and contribute to initiatives fostering company growth.Support diversity and appreciate different perspectives.
