Act as first point of contact for customer and sales inquiries providing excellent client support The customer service and Sales Trainee will support Senior Management teams in client interactions and sales Develop skills and knowledge of our offerings so as to provide client support and solutions Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
