This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician who wants steady work and room to grow.Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Field Technician with strong carpentry skills who can contribute immediately. This is not an entry-level role. The right candidate will be capable of handling smaller scopes of work independently and supporting larger projects with the team.This role requires someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and with a crew.Responsibilities Perform carpentry work including decks, framing, siding, windows, doors, and structural repairs Execute scopes of work and basic plans accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Communicate with Project Manager to keep projects on schedule Complete small projects independently (repairs, punch lists, small builds) Load, transport, and manage materials as needed Ensure work meets company quality standards Requirements Minimum 5 years of construction/carpentry experience Strong carpentry skillset (framing, repairs, installs, layout, etc.) Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Comfortable towing a trailer (materials, equipment, dump runs) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors Must be reliable and show up ready to work Ability to read a tape measure and perform accurate layout Preferred (Not Required) Deck building experience Siding installation (Hardie, vinyl, etc.) Window and door installation Roofing repair experience Light framing or structural repair experience What We're Looking For Takes pride in workmanship Shows up consistently and on time Works efficiently without constant supervision Good attitude and team mindset Problem-solver in the field Someone we can trust to run smaller jobs Pay & Benefits $22–$28 per hour based on experience Consistent, year-round work Overtime opportunities available Growth opportunities within the company Path to Lead Technician / Project Manager Professional, organized company Why Work With Us We’re building a professional team — not just hiring labor.
