This role will support ground-up construction, recovery, and renovation efforts for a hospital facility.The Construction Program Assistant will work closely with the Program Manager, construction team, and VA stakeholders to provide administrative, analytical, and coordination support across all phases of the project—from planning through construction and closeout. This role is essential in ensuring smooth program operations, accurate reporting, and effective communication among all project stakeholders.Who Will Succeed In This RoleThis role is best suited for professionals who:Have supported complex construction or infrastructure projects, ideally in healthcare or government environmentsAre highly organized and comfortable managing documentation, schedules, and program dataThrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detailCan effectively support leadership through reporting, coordination, and administrative oversightKey ResponsibilitiesThe Program Assistant will support the project team and act as a key administrative and coordination resource throughout the lifecycle of the program. Responsibilities include:Assist in tracking and monitoring project budgets, financial data, and cost trendsSupport review and coordination of construction schedules and progress updatesAttend project meetings, capture notes, and assist with follow-up actionsMaintain and organize project documentation, reports, and correspondenceSupport quality assurance and compliance tracking, including inspections and testing documentationAssist with change management processes, contract documentation, and administrative supportTrack project deliverables, milestones, and reporting requirementsPrepare reports, presentations, and program status updates for leadershipMaintain databases, logs, and tracking tools to support program oversightCoordinate communication between project stakeholders, including client representatives, contractors, and consultantsEducation & ExperienceEducationBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferredEquivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degreeExperienceMinimum of five (5) years of experience in project coordination, program support, construction administration, or a related roleExperience supporting healthcare, federal, or institutional projects is highly desirableFamiliarity with construction documentation and project workflows is a plusAdditional RequirementsStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe AcrobatAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsBasic understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and documentationPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting large-scale construction or renovation projectsFamiliarity with federal or VA project requirementsExperience with project management or document control systemsAbility to work effectively within a team-oriented environmentWork Environment & Physical RequirementsFull-time onsite work at an active construction site and office environmentAbility to sit, stand, walk, and use standard office equipmentReasonable accommodations will be provided in accordance with applicable lawsFederal & VA Program RequirementsEmployment may be contingent upon successful completion of background checks and compliance with federal and VA requirementsMust adhere to all site safety, security, and confidentiality policiesBenefits (Full-Time Employees)Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance (99% of individual base plan paid by company; 50% for dependents)401(k) with up to 4% company matchPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysAnnual bonus eligibility based on individual and company performanceEqual Opportunity EmployerSIRIS, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and federal contractor.
