In this quota-carrying role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients—leading thoughtful discovery, aligning solutions to business outcomes, and managing opportunities from initial outreach through close. You'll engage a range of organizations, from SMB to mid-market, adapting your approach to meet varying levels of complexity while delivering a strong, solution-oriented sales experience. What You'll Do Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, driving net-new revenue across SMB up to mid-market accounts Build and manage a healthy pipeline through a mix of inbound and outbound efforts (calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, events) Conduct effective discovery conversations to understand hiring needs, pain points, and business goals Deliver tailored product demos and presentations that clearly connect iHire's solutions to client outcomes Educate prospects on how to improve hiring performance using iHire's platform and tools Develop relationships with business owners, hiring managers, and HR leaders across a variety of industries Apply a consultative, solution-based sales approach, adapting to both transactional and more complex sales cycles Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, pipeline, and forecasting in CRM Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success Stay informed on industry trends, hiring challenges, and competitive solutions Represent iHire at virtual and in-person events (typically 1–2 times per year) What You Bring 1–3+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B consultative selling Proven success in prospecting, solution-based selling, and closing new business Strong discovery and qualification skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse buyer personas and company sizes Ability to flex between high-volume SMB sales and more consultative mid-market engagements Confidence in outreach, objection handling, and managing multiple deals simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading demos and engaging stakeholders at all levels Coachable, curious, and committed to continuous improvement Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed goals in a fast-paced environment Experience using CRM systems and modern sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong, PandaDoc) Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows or client meetings Make a meaningful impact by helping organizations find their next great hires through our intelligent platform and purpose-built hiring tools.
