Our lab offers structured training, mentorship, and clear pathways for professional development.ResponsibilitiesPrincipal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:Perform laboratory procedures following defined processes and standard operating procedures to support chemical analysisAccurately follow quality, documentation, and data integrity requirements for all laboratory workProperly operate, maintain, and care for laboratory equipment and instrumentationAdhere to all safety, quality, and ethics requirements within the laboratory environmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline required1–5 years of related laboratory experience, including academic or industry settingsWorking knowledge of standard laboratory procedures (balances, pipettes, sample preparation, etc.)Ability to work effectively in a production‑based team environment with strong organizational skillsBasic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, data entry systems)Exposure to analytical instrumentation (HPLC, GC, LC‑MS, etc.) is a plus
