This role provides architectural leadership for integrated ERP and Rockwell solutions within a CPG manufacturing environment, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment to enterprise standards. The architect partners closely with Functional Consultants, Engineering, and AMS providers to enable standardized, high-performing supply chain capabilities across multiple operational technology environments.Job DescriptionOwn supply chain solution architecture across agriculture, procurement, planning, manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, and inventory domainsCollaborate closely with ERP functional teams, who hold ownership of ERP solution design, on integration projects and enhancements to validate functional designs and ensure architectural integrityDesign and govern integrated solutions spanning SAP ERP (ECC and S/4HANA), Rockwell platforms and other downstream/upstream systemsEnsure alignment of business processes and system design across production, quality, logistics, and financial processesDefine and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and guardrails for supply chain solutionsSupport future S/4HANA and digital supply chain initiatives by ensuring OT readiness and architectural compatibilityEnsure adherence to architecture standards and minimize unnecessary customizationAssess architectural impacts of new initiatives and recommend scalable, standardized design approachesSupport platform roadmap discussions by identifying supply chain capability gaps, risks, and dependenciesReview and approve solution designs delivered by internal teams and AMS partnersIdentify and mitigate technical debt and long-term architectural risks across supply chain platformsBasic & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experienceStrong CPG manufacturing experience, including high-volume production and complex supply networksDeep understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes, including manufacturing, planning, warehousing, transportation, and inventory managementCapabilities:End-to-end supply chain architecture leadershipRockwell manufacturing and OT integration expertiseCross-platform integration and data flow designTechnical risk identification and mitigationAbility to balance operational realities with long-term architectural sustainabilityAbility to operate at both strategic and hands-on level10-15 years of experience designing enterprise supply chain solutionsHands-on experience with Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk Suite components, and their integration with SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) and MES solutionsUnderstanding of ANSI/ISA-95 standards and their application withing manufacturing and supply chain system architecturesExperience with Quality Management Systems and their integration into MES and ERP environmentsExperience with IIoT platforms and device-to-cloud integrationExperience with or exposure to Agricultural operations and grower-management platforms is a plusExperience supporting global operational technology landscapesExperience working with AMS or external delivery partnersStrong ability to communicate complex architectural concepts to both technical and business stakeholdersIndustry-Competitive BenefitsCoupled with our compensation and bonus incentive programs, our benefits deliver rewards that are market competitive.
