Our client is seeking a 3-10+ year Personal Injury defense Litigation Attorney to handle high-stakes cases. Roles & Responsibilities Manage your own caseload with partner support Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Take and defend depositions, appear in court for hearings and motions Work directly with clients to strategize and advance cases Participate in trials and complex litigation matters Qualifications 3-10+ years civil litigation experience (general liability defense a plus) Strong deposition, motion, and courtroom experience Excellent writing and communication skills Strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments Collaborative team player Compensation & Benefits Compensation depends on experience.
