About This RoleWells Fargo is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Product Owner) to drive end-to-end product management and delivery execution for large scrum teams supporting the Investment Research, Strategy, and Portfolio Management platform within Investment Solutions (IS), part of the Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Chief Product Office.This role provides dedicated senior-level product ownership across the tools, data, and workflows that power advisor-facing investment research, portfolio construction, and strategy delivery. The PM ensures consistent execution, strong decision-making, and aligned roadmap delivery across a complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystem spanning research publishing, model portfolio management, and investment strategy distribution.This is a high-autonomy, execution-focused role where you will own roadmap definition, feature delivery, and cross-functional coordination across Business, Technology, and Operations. As the organization continues to flatten, this role operates as a de facto stream lead, strengthening execution discipline and reducing reliance on management layers.This position plays a key role in advancing the Investment Research and Strategy platform toward a 2027 AI-enabled advisory experience, incorporating intelligent research personalization, model portfolio automation, and workflow-driven strategy distribution into the product roadmap.In This Role, You WillServe as the Product Owner for one or more Investment Solutions scrum teams focused on Investment Research, Strategy, and Portfolio Management, with end-to-end accountability for product management and delivery outcomesDefine and execute product vision, roadmap, and priorities for research publishing, model portfolio tools, investment strategy workflows, and advisor-facing content deliveryOwn backlog management across research platform capabilities, ensuring clear requirements, defined scope, and alignment to the broader IS strategic directionLead release planning, dependency management, and open issue governance across integrated platforms including publications systems, portfolio modeling tools, and downstream advisory platformsDrive cross-functional alignment across Investment Research, Portfolio Strategy, Technology, and Operations without requiring escalationEnsure consistent execution standards, prioritization practices, and delivery cadence across scrum teams supporting research and strategy workflowsResolve complex product and delivery challenges at the intersection of research content, data accuracy, portfolio modeling logic, and advisor experienceOperate with a high degree of autonomy as a decision-maker and execution leader within a flattened operating modelPartner with stakeholders, scrum masters, and delivery teams to maintain momentum and execution qualityAdvance the platform roadmap by incorporating AI-enabled capabilities, including research personalization, decision support, automated commentary generation, and workflow efficiencyEnsure adherence to risk, control, compliance, and regulatory standards across all product management activitiesRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Experience serving as Product Owner for large, complex scrum teams with end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle, including roadmap definition, backlog prioritization, feature delivery, and execution outcomesExperience operating across multi-team or platform-level ecosystems supporting integrated research, data, and advisory workflows rather than single applicationsStrong track record of release planning, dependency coordination, and issue governance across complex, cross-team environmentsExperience driving execution across business, technology, and operations teams, partnering closely with cross-functional leaders to deliver outcomesDemonstrated ability to maintain delivery momentum in environments with competing priorities, evolving content requirements, and regulatory constraintsProven ability to operate as a senior individual contributor in lean, flattened organizations, absorbing coordination, prioritization, and execution responsibilities typically handled at the management layerExperience making independent product and delivery trade-offs, balancing business needs, technical constraints, data quality considerations, and riskAbility to manage complex stakeholder dynamics across research, portfolio strategy, and technology teams and align competing priorities into clear roadmap and execution plans without escalationStrong communication skills with a focus on clarity, prioritization, and outcome-driven alignment with senior research and investment leadershipTrack record of improving execution discipline, team accountability, and delivery consistency across Agile teamsExperience in wealth management, investment research, portfolio management, or financial services -
