We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to collaborate with our team and interact with clients on technical matters. This role focuses on supporting project discussions, clarifying technical requirements, and coordinating efficiently between clients and our internal development team.Responsibilities:Participate in client discussions and discovery callsExplain technical approaches and project solutions clearlySupport communication and alignment between clients and developersProvide structured feedback and summaries for internal teamsContribute to smooth project execution and team collaborationSkills & Experience Required:4+ years of experience in web development (Front-end & Back-end)Strong understanding of modern web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, PHP, Laravel, APIsExcellent English communication (written & verbal)Experience in client discussions, technical presentations, or collaborative project workLeadership or team coordination experience is a plusCompensation:Hourly: $20–$25 per hour for client-facing discussionsPerformance-based bonuses possible based on project outcomesNotes:This is a client-facing role with potential growth into project coordinationVideo call interviews will be conducted for selected candidatesCandidates must have working camera and microphone
