We're committed to ensuring you thrive, so together, we can leave a wake that changes lives on and off the water.The Production Supervisor will provide day-to-day leadership and supervision in the achievement of productivity, schedule attainment, quality, and Employee Health Safety programs.Management ResponsibilitiesOversees the daily workflow, program schedules of the department.Responsible for hiring, training and performance management of the team.Lead the development and implementation of world class product innovation.Essential Job FunctionsCoach and support area of responsibilityDaily communication and coordination with teams, other supervisors, and departmentsDirect work assignments in accordance with the production schedule plans and organize activities of the production/assembly line to meet production deadlinesEnsure compliance to environmental, productivity, quality, and health & safety standards.Identify and implement continuous improvement projectsPrepare and adhere to department budgetEnforce policies and procedures and apply disciplinary action as neededPrepare and maintain production reports and records- taking corrective action when necessaryCoordinate departmental maintenance and engineering needsResponsible for inventory analysisOrder and purchase necessary equipment or materials for assembly or production.Other duties as assignedRequirementsRequired Skills/Abilities:Outstanding leadership, influence, and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to lead process improvements in a team environmentExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple operationsHigh integrityStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Education and Experience Requirements:3-5 years' experience with production supervision.2 years of industry experiencePhysical RequirementsThe physical demands needed are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job (sitting, standing, walking the manufacturing floor, typing and the ability to lift 15-20 pounds).
