For our client, we are seeking a Remote Sensing Architecture Performance Engineer to join the team of a leader in the company & Defense space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Aerospace & Defense environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $110,400 – $193,500 annuallyResponsibilities Support analysis in geo-spatial intelligence, signals intelligence, space surveillance, navigation systems, and space protection Provide analysis for research, development, and acquisition decisions of space-based sensing architectures Perform architecture evaluation modeling using custom analysis tools Collaborate with senior staff and teams to translate customer needs into project deliverables Create and present reports that communicate analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders Increase awareness of analysis outcomes and defend findings to stakeholders Contribute to the development and growth of simulation capabilities for diverse customersQualifications B.S. degree in aerospace engineering, physics, operations research, mathematics, or related field from an accredited program 5 years of relevant work experience in modeling and simulation, mission analysis, astrodynamics, or space operations Proven technical leadership and personal accountability Knowledge in national security space or intelligence mission areas such as signals intelligence, geo-spatial intelligence, or navigation systems Familiarity with software languages like Python, C/C++, MATLAB, or High-Performance Computing environmentsBenefits Comprehensive health care and wellness plans Paid holidays, sick time, and vacation Flexible work schedules and telework options Company-paid 401(k) benefits with immediate eligibility and vesting Professional growth and education assistance programs Relocation assistance Inclusive work environment fostering teamwork and respectOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
