QC Coordinator

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality and efficiency standards through the implementation of quality control processes and procedures. Responsibilities: Assist in reviewing online inspection records and ensure compliance to LKK programs, • Assist in ensuring compliance with daily and monthly sanitation and GMP inspections • Assist in overseeing pest control program • Assist with required documentation for USDA export certification. • Manage non-conforming materials and products in the plant, including proper documentation in system, tracking and following up until case closed. • Training employees and preparation of training materials. • Perform ATP test, environmental swabbing and air quality plating. • Backup for in line QC inspectors. (complete line checks following work instructions and job ticket, ensure employees follow LKK GMP, Allergens, HACCP programs and preventing controls) • Calibrate equipment and maintained all related records. • Perform sample testing. • Assist in the investigation for customer complaints and non-conforming incidents. • Assist direct supervisor as requested. • Perform other duties as assigned Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.31 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Ability to Relocate: Industry, CA 91746: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
