The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Ensure an optimal level of care for patients by managing treatment and monitoring conditions. Administer medications and perform essential nursing procedures accurately and safely. Collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Respond to medical emergencies and provide life-saving interventions when necessary. Review patient diagnostics and maintain accurate records using EPIC charting system.QualificationsValid WA or Compact RN license required at the time of submission. Two years of experience preferred, with charge nurse experience being advantageous. Proficiency in EPIC charting required; familiarity with continuous IV sedation preferred. Certifications in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC required. Ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:5 and handle diverse age groups, from neonates to geriatrics.
