The position will promote the business processes and support a standard of excellent patient care relating to innovative and superior vision correction careEssential Duities And ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Addresses patient inquiries and concerns about appointment scheduling, company services, insurance coverage and payment methodsGathers relevant information based on qualifying questions of patients to determine priority of need and proper place of treatmentParticipates in the recall of patients who have been inactive for an interval established by the Director of Patient ServicesWorks with supervisor to ensure goals are being met such as scheduling and patient satisfactionCounsels patients and answers questions related to procedures and/or billing on an as needed basisCreates and provides a positive, accountable and inspired work environment for othersMinimum Qualifications (knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)High School Diploma or GED2+ years of customer service in a fast-paced environmentMust be organized and a team playerExcellent oral and written communications skills are a mustSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal drivenBenefitsComprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceHealth Savings Account with an employer contributionLife InsurancePTO401(k) retirement plan with a company matchAnd more!
