Sr IT Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Technical Specialist to provide onsite and remote technical support for enterprise IT operations. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting workstations, network infrastructure, servers, cloud platforms, AV systems, and endpoint devices while ensuring reliable IT service delivery across the organization.The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Windows/macOS administration, Active Directory or Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, networking, cybersecurity best practices, and enterprise IT support.
